At All About Jewelry, we always stand by the quality of our handmade products. We guarantee our handmade personalized products to be free of defects. However, if you notice any quality issue, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange if available or return it to us to repair the product if it’s something we can easily repair or fix, or we can refund the product or item to the original payment form.

Returning an Item

• The item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in with all original hangtags and packaging. You can return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• If you are requesting a refund or exchange, PleaseEmail cherril@shopallaboutjewelry.com and let us know the details of the product and why you are requesting an exchange, or refund.

• If you feel your item/s is defected in any form, please mention how and what is damaged in your email. This way we can better understand what is wrong with the item/s once we receive it back.
• We can ONLY accept Damage returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Getting a Refund

Once the item has been evaluated and it is eligible for returns, we will issue a refund for the amount of purchased. Refunds will be credited back to the original card payment once we have received the item and approved the return.

• Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after a refund is approved.
• The item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in with the original hangtags or packaging.
• We do Not accept returns that have been altered or signs of misuse.
• If the item/product is deemed to be worn or showing signs of wear and tear, or misuse and altered in anyway, there will be NO refund issued.
